and right down the way from the laundromat we found this little cafe
with the Best BBQ and the 2 sweetest ol' Okies who started the place.
They have an Oklahoma flag, tons of pics, license plates, and a wall
sized map of Oklahoma full of red pins. He had me put a pin in
Chickasha where my handsome Dad is from, and one in Haskell, where my
beautiful mother is from. Y'all would have loved the food. We were
just looking for a quick lunch bite while the clothes dried, and we
found this unique yummy spot. More Americana!
We listened to the Dodgers on MLB.com while listening to the rain and
the dryers. Yeah for the Dodgers who beat the Phillies 2-1 in Game #
2 of the playoffs!!!! Mike is smiling about the Dogers and the BBQ...
